Broadcaster Manager Agreement
Broadcaster Manager Agreement
This agreement applies when an applicant selects the Broadcaster Manager (5%) role on Chatzilla.ca.
Broadcaster Manager Responsibilities
- Broadcaster Manager receives 5% of the total sales of the broadcaster or broadcasters they manage, where applicable.
- Broadcaster Managers must have and maintain at least 3 working broadcasters monthly. The Broadcaster Manager may also be included as one of the working broadcasters.
- Broadcaster Managers are expected to help broadcasters with camera quality, sound, system settings, background, lighting, camera-angle setup, and similar onboarding or presentation support.
- Broadcaster Managers may encourage broadcasters to improve presentation, scheduling consistency, responsiveness, and approved site use, but broadcasters remain responsible for their own equipment and workspace unless a separate Studio Manager arrangement applies.
- Broadcaster Managers help broadcasters get online and stay active where possible through practical support, onboarding guidance, and appropriate scheduling encouragement.
- Broadcaster Managers help monitor the free chat rooms of the broadcasters they manage for abusive or disrespectful customers and direct customers who may need site assistance to the support desk when appropriate.
- Broadcaster Managers may support broadcaster verification, approval, and blue-check processes only where authorized by the site.
- Broadcaster Managers must maintain respectful communication with broadcasters, customers, support staff, studios, and site administration.
- Broadcaster Managers must not make false promises about earnings, results, broadcaster approval, customer traffic, live-chat experiences, site placement, or guaranteed income.
- Broadcaster Managers must not collect customer payments outside the approved Chatzilla.ca website systems.
- Broadcaster Managers must not interfere with site billing, broadcaster payouts, customer accounts, support investigations, or compliance reviews.
- Broadcaster Managers must report serious technical, safety, fraud, abuse, privacy, confidentiality, or compliance concerns to the support desk or site administration.
- Broadcaster Managers understand that private arrangements outside the Chatzilla.ca website/program are not managed by the site unless separately approved in writing.
- Broadcaster Manager does not control broadcaster payout unless separately authorized through an approved Studio Manager arrangement.
Relationship to other policies/agreements
This agreement is part of the broader Chatzilla.ca platform framework and works together with applicable site rules, privacy rules, refund-related operating rules, broadcaster requirements, and other platform policies.
Private arrangements outside the platform are not managed by the site unless separately approved in writing, and site review or enforcement actions do not make the site a party to private off-platform disputes.
Purpose and permitted use
The Broadcaster Manager role is a broadcaster-support, account-support, and approved-site-use role. It is intended for onboarding help, support coordination, quality checks, profile/support-tool use where authorized, and related broadcaster-management functions inside approved Chatzilla.ca systems.
Broadcaster Manager wording does not grant control over studio premises, keys, equipment ownership, deposits, insurance, lockout rights, facility management, or studio property unless separately authorized in writing through an approved arrangement.
Access and security
Broadcaster Managers may access only the site accounts, profile tools, support tools, chat areas, and other platform functions that are specifically authorized for their role.
Broadcaster Managers must keep credentials secure, avoid unauthorized account sharing, report suspected unauthorized access promptly, and use approved systems only. This section concerns account and platform access, not physical premises or facility-control rights.
Technical standards
Broadcaster Managers must maintain reasonable technical readiness for approved role functions, including the ability to help broadcasters with basic camera, sound, connection, and presentation troubleshooting where appropriate.
Broadcaster Managers may guide readiness and quality expectations, but this agreement does not imply that the Broadcaster Manager supplies studio space, owns equipment, or is responsible for a broadcaster's physical worksite or private hardware unless separately approved in writing.
Privacy and confidentiality
Broadcaster Managers must protect customer information, broadcaster information, company records, support information, and other confidential or non-public information obtained through the role.
Information may be accessed, used, or disclosed only for authorized business purposes, and suspected privacy or confidentiality breaches must be reported promptly.
Customer data / records handling
Broadcaster Managers may access customer data or internal records only to the extent reasonably necessary for approved role functions and must use approved systems only.
Broadcaster Managers must not export, copy, retain, or create unofficial records outside approved systems without written authorization.
Compliance with law and platform policies
Broadcaster Managers must comply with applicable law and all applicable platform policies, compliance requirements, account rules, and safety expectations.
Broadcaster Managers must not engage in conduct that jeopardizes customers, broadcasters, support operations, data security, or the platform.
No solicitation / no customer diversion
Broadcaster Managers must not divert customers or broadcasters away from approved platform systems for related services, bookings, or payments.
Broadcaster Managers must not use platform-acquired contact information for unrelated promotion, off-platform solicitation, or attempts to bypass platform fees, payment flows, support processes, or site rules.
Dispute resolution
Role, account, compliance, customer-service, or site-operation disputes relating to this Broadcaster Manager role should be raised through the platform's designated support or administrative channels first.
The site may review available platform records and may take interim operational steps while a role-based dispute is reviewed. Private off-platform arrangements are not managed by the site unless separately approved in writing, and this Broadcaster Manager section does not govern studio-property or equipment claims.
General provisions
If any provision of this agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
A failure to enforce one provision is not a waiver of future enforcement, and this agreement works together with incorporated platform policies and approved written updates.
Electronic signature / clickwrap acceptance
Electronic acceptance, click-through acknowledgement, and similar online consent methods may constitute binding acceptance of this agreement to the extent permitted by law.
Electronic records of the selected role, acknowledgement, agreement text, version, timestamp, and related account details may be kept for verification, compliance, and dispute-review purposes.
Notices
Formal notices relating to this role may be provided by the platform through designated written channels, account notices, or other approved contact methods.
Broadcaster Managers must keep contact information current and monitor designated contact channels for important notices relating to compliance, account status, or agreement updates.
