Studio / Manager Registration

Common platform, account, compliance, and recordkeeping terms may apply to both Broadcaster Managers and Studio Managers.

Broadcaster Manager (5%) Responsibilities

Broadcaster Manager is the 5% role and receives 5% of the total sales of the broadcaster or broadcasters they manage, where applicable.

Expected duties include:

  1. Have and maintain at least 3 working broadcasters monthly. The Broadcaster Manager may also be included as one of the working broadcasters.
  2. Provide broadcaster support, including camera quality, sound, system settings, background, lighting, and camera angle guidance.
  3. Help broadcasters get online and stay active where possible through basic onboarding guidance, scheduling encouragement, and practical support.
  4. Monitor the free chat rooms of managed broadcasters for abusive or disrespectful customers, and help direct customers who may need support to the support desk.
  5. Support blue check mark verification and broadcaster approval processes where authorized by the site.
  6. Do not make false promises and do not collect customer payments outside the approved TarotAndAstrology website systems.

Studio Manager (10%) Responsibilities

Studio Manager is the 10% role, has the same basic broadcaster-support duties as Broadcaster Manager, and may provide studio space, equipment, onboarding, or operational support.

Expected terms include:

  1. Studio Manager receives 10% where applicable and is responsible for broadcaster pay where applicable.
  2. Broadcaster may not be paid less than the 50% minimum payout target guaranteed by the site.
  3. Private studio contracts, equipment rental, studio space, deductions, and other arrangements are outside the TarotAndAstrology website/program.
  4. During disputes, broadcaster pay may be directed to the broadcaster, and the studio continues only as Broadcaster Manager until the issue is resolved.
  5. Do not collect customer payments outside the approved TarotAndAstrology website systems.
  6. Do not interfere with site billing, customer accounts, support investigations, or compliance reviews.
